The Pedantic Apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a 4-story part-commercial, part-residential building in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood. This home features 3 bedrooms (1 ADA accessible), 2 full baths (1 ADA accessible), 1 full kitchen, 1 living/dining area, 1 laundry room, and 1 rooftop deck. There is key access to the exterior building door, the private apartment door, and individual bedrooms, and fob access to an elevator going to the 3rd floor.

The Pedantic building is ADA compliant with a wheelchair ramp at the entrance of the building and an elevator within.

Note: the 1st and 2nd floors are occupied by Silver Eye Center for Photography’s print lab and education program.
